What do I need to run it?
A domain and standard PHP hosting with a MySQL or MariaDB database and SSL. The install wizard checks your server and sets everything up. If you are not sure your hosting is suitable, send us the details and we will check.
Do you take a cut of my orders?
No. You pay one fixed monthly price per branch. Online payments go through your own Stripe or Przelewy24 account, so only their standard payment fees apply and the money goes straight to you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your licence panel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
We send you an e-mail and try again. Your ordering website keeps working for a short grace period while you update your payment details, so guests are not affected.
Do I get updates?
Yes, all updates are included. New features arrive in the admin panel as one-click updates, with an automatic backup and rollback if anything goes wrong.
Can I move my menu and customers?
Yes. Import your menu from a CSV or Excel file. On the Enterprise plan we help you move menus and data for you.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, you receive a VAT invoice for every payment.
Who owns the data?
You do. The system runs on your own hosting, so your orders, customers and menu stay on your server. You can export or delete customer data at any time (GDPR).
Does it work for more than one location?
Yes. Each branch has its own prices, hours, delivery zones and reports, and you see the totals for all branches. Every extra branch costs less.
